Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReddFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ReddFlow may also make certain features available through third-party providers, including authentication, payment, email, analytics, storage, AI, report generation, and customer-service providers. Those providers may have their own terms that apply to your use of their services.

What ReddFlow Does

ReddFlow helps founders and indie hackers find Reddit conversations their product may be able to enter. A typical flow is:

• You enter a product or company website.
• ReddFlow generates a Reddit opportunity report with relevant subreddits and Reddit posts.
• Anonymous visitors can see a preview report.
• Signing in unlocks the full opportunity list for that report.
• A report subscription unlocks strategy guidance for the subscribed website.
• The Reddit marketing tool helps create post and comment drafts from subreddit or Reddit post context.

ReddFlow does not automatically post to Reddit for you, does not manage Reddit accounts, and does not guarantee traffic, upvotes, replies, rankings, revenue, or acceptance by any subreddit.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use ReddFlow. If you use ReddFlow on behalf of a company, product, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for your account credentials, sessions, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

User Inputs, Reports, and Drafts

You keep ownership of the website URLs, prompts, manual context, support messages, attachments, and other content you submit to ReddFlow. You give ReddFlow a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Report previews may be publicly accessible to anyone with the report URL. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or private information unless you are comfortable with it being processed by ReddFlow and relevant service providers.

Generated reports, strategy notes, and drafts are for informational and drafting assistance only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular Reddit community. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any output.

Reddit and Community Responsibility

You are responsible for complying with Reddit's terms, subreddit rules, platform policies, advertising rules, disclosure requirements, and applicable law. Do not use ReddFlow to spam, manipulate votes, impersonate others, hide material affiliations, evade moderation, or post deceptive promotional content.

ReddFlow is not affiliated with Reddit. References to Reddit, subreddits, posts, comments, or public Reddit content are provided only to help you research and draft your own manual participation.

AI Use

ReddFlow may use AI or AI-adjacent providers to generate reports, strategy notes, and drafts. You may not use the service to request unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, or to process information you do not have the right to use.

You must not rely on AI output as legal, financial, medical, tax, compliance, investment, or other professional advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.

Fees, Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits

Some ReddFlow features may require credits, a one-time purchase, or a subscription. Pricing, product names, included credits, and billing intervals are shown in the service or checkout flow.

Checkout may be handled by Creem and, if configured, other payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. You can cancel supported subscriptions from the billing area or through the relevant payment provider when available. Cancellation stops future renewals where supported, but it does not automatically refund past charges or restore used credits.

Credits may be granted after signup, purchase, subscription creation, or subscription renewal. Credits may expire, be consumed by successful generations, and may not be transferable. If ReddFlow is running a sandbox or public test checkout, test payments may use virtual cards and may not collect live money; any such test status will be reflected by the configured payment environment or checkout messaging.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written policy or checkout notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Submit secrets, highly sensitive personal data, or regulated data that ReddFlow is not designed to handle.
• Use ReddFlow for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, manipulation, vote gaming, impersonation, or deceptive advertising.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, entitlement checks, subscription gates, rate limits, credit accounting, or security controls.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except as expressly allowed by us in writing.
• Use outputs to misrepresent yourself, hide material affiliations, or violate subreddit-specific rules.
• Use the service to develop a competing system by extracting prompts, provider behavior, reports, or internal workflows.

Intellectual Property

ReddFlow and its software, design, branding, workflows, and documentation are owned by ReddFlow or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ReddFlow to you.

Subject to these Terms, you may use reports and drafts generated for your account for your own product research and manual content drafting. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of outputs is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and platform-compliant.

Third-Party Services

ReddFlow depends on third-party services for authentication, payments, email, analytics, storage, AI generation, report generation, customer support, and access to public Reddit content. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or actions.

Third-party outages, API changes, moderation decisions, payment-provider issues, or Reddit access restrictions may affect ReddFlow features.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ReddFlow if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, abuse credits or billing flows, infringe rights, violate platform rules, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using ReddFlow at any time. Some data may remain in backups, billing records, security logs, support records, or records retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

Disclaimers

ReddFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that reports, recommendations, strategy notes, drafts, Reddit context, public data, or AI outputs will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, accepted by Reddit, or suitable for your goals.

You are responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on ReddFlow outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReddFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, platform bans, moderation actions, failed launches, missed opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of ReddFlow, including report providers, AI providers, pricing, credits, subscriptions, and features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide notice through the service where appropriate.
